Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72hrs of receipt of your package. Please contact us and provide detailed information if your product was damaged during shipping.

General Refunds: offers a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee for our Hemp CBD Oil products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the new un-opened / non-opened Products for a full refund less any shipping and handling. To request a refund please contact our customer care at 800.801.9523 or via our contact form. Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final past the 30 day return mark. NO REFUNDS shall be given for these products returned past the 30 day limit.
